SHOP CRAFTSMAN APPLICATION
Breakout KC is the leading escape room company in Kansas City and a leading escape room company in the country. A Shop Craftsman at Breakout KC is a full-time position in our manufacturing facility and headquarters that reports directly to the Shop Foreman. This position will be responsible for the following:
– Fabrication of custom cabinetry of various materials
– Custom material finishing work including sanding, staining, and painting
– Installation of electronic components in cabinets
– Occasional installation of fabricated materials on site
– Operation of standard wood shop machinery including table saw, miter saw, nail guns, sanders, planers, joiners, and drill press
The Shop Craftsman will be expected to produce high quality craftsmanship in their work with little assistance, many times working alone on projects. Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in custom fabrication and the ability to show proof of work at time of interview.
